How quickly will I receive a quotation after submitting an RFQ?

Standard RFQs receive a Pro Forma Invoice within 24–48 hours. For emergency sourcing — vessels in port or critical breakdowns — we initiate sourcing immediately and aim to quote within 24 hours.

To ensure accuracy and speed, please provide: Vessel Name & IMO number, Part Name, Manufacturer’s Name, Part Number or IMPA/ISS code, and the required Quantity. Attaching photos or nameplate images significantly reduces technical clarification time.

For new accounts, we typically require advance payment upon order confirmation. However, for established clients and long-term partners, we offer flexible credit terms (e.g., Net 30 days) subject to a standard credit review and volume history.

Every delivery is accompanied by a full documentation package including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Conformity (CoC), and where applicable, Mill Test Certificates or Class Certificates (ABS, LR, DNV). Digital copies are emailed instantly upon dispatch.

Our quotations are generally valid for 72 hours. Due to the volatile nature of raw material costs and fluctuating logistics rates in the maritime industry, pricing and availability are subject to re-confirmation if the validity period expires.
